AIIMS New Delhi conducts INI-CET twice a year for postgraduate seats at all 7 AIIMS, JIPMER, PGIMER, NIMHANS and SCTIMST.
- Conducting body: AIIMS New Delhi (on behalf of the participating INIs).
- Eligibility: MBBS or BDS (for MDS), internship completed by the cut-off date.
- Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT) — Pearson VUE delivery.
- Duration: 3 hours for 200 single-best-answer MCQs.
- Marking: +4 / -1 / 0. Maximum 800.
- Question style: Heavily vignette-based. Less recall, more applied clinical reasoning.
- Cycle: Bi-annual — January and July intakes.
